These terms govern your use of alamilabs.com and any engagement you enter into with AlamiLabs OÜ.

1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by AlamiLabs OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered under number 17545637 in the Estonian Commercial Register (Tartu County Court), with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

2. What this site is

alamilabs.com is our corporate site. It describes who we are and the products we build. Nothing is sold here. There is no checkout, no account, no subscription and no payment taken on this domain.

Our consumer and business products are operated on their own domains. If you buy something from one of those products, your contract is with AlamiLabs OÜbut is governed by the terms, pricing, delivery terms and refund policy published on that product’s own site, which prevail over these terms for that purchase.

3. Using this site

You may read, link to and share this site freely. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system or network connected to it;
• interfere with its normal operation, including by automated scraping that degrades service for others;
• copy our text, design, code or brand assets and present them as your own.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, logos and product names on this site are owned by AlamiLabs OÜ or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party product names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of our products, capabilities or approach are for information only. A commercial engagement with us begins only when we have both agreed its scope, price and terms in writing.

If you send us an idea or proposal unsolicited, please do not send us confidential information. We cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential, and we may already be working on something similar.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product statuses and descriptions are current at every moment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. External links

This site links to our product sites and occasionally to third-party sites. We are responsible for the content of the products we operate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we do not control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. The date below shows when it last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes fall to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
